Learn the Secrets to a Healthy Back!

Join back specialist and physical therapist, Dr. Carrie Jose to learn how you can reduce or eliminate back pain in your life on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, 6:30 pm at the East Kingston Public Library, 47 Maplevale Rd, East Kingston, NH.

Sadly, ten percent of primary care visits and $86 billion in annual healthcare costs are due to back pain. Back pain is also one of the leading causes of disability and lost work. Does an aching back keep you up at night? Does back pain keep you from doing things you love? Are you afraid to exercise? Do time-consuming doctor visits only give you temporary relief? Then this talk is for you! Carrie will teach you how you can reduce or eliminate back pain in your life.

You will learn the common reasons for everyday back pain and how to prevent it; the truth about sitting and how it affects your back, the importance of having a strong core and balanced pelvis and how they both help you reduce the risk of back injury, and the one simple exercise that will improve your flexibility and help you prevent back pain.

While four out of five people will experience back pain at some point in their lives, there is good news – rarely is back pain serious, and in most cases it is completely preventable!

To find out more about Dr. Carrie Jose visit her website at www.Cjphysicaltherapy.com.

This talk is brought to you by the Friends of the East Kingston Public Library and is free of charge.
