I will have to give it a try

I have not been since the first Carmenís Restaurant that was there for years. I miss their fried chicken and onion rings.

Red Iguana is the place to go now for breakfast and Dinner. The only place that has stayed consistantly good after a month of operation since the closure of the origonal Carmens Chicken.

Red Iguana

Unfortunately the Red Iguana is way too expensive for its small portions and the food is terribly bland. Marginal Mexican food at best.

It is the McDonalds of Mexican. Much of the food at Red Iguana tastes like it came out of a package or can. It does not appear that they are preparing things onsite but rather doctoring up pre-made items/ingredients.

I wish Las Olas was closer because the food is fresh and flavorful
